Dosage 

Purnachandra Rasa (Brihat) Ayurvedic Gold Tablet taken as 1-2 tablets twice a day or as directed by the physician. 

Anupaana ( to be consumed with ) - Tambula Patra. 

Preferred - Aahara / Diet - Old Rice, Wheat,  Milk, Ghee, Fresh butter .
