Shipping Overview

  • Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 299. Standard shipping charges apply on orders below Rs. 299.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on all orders, for any order value.
  • COD verification: COD orders are verified within 48 hours of being placed. For COD orders, you must confirm your order via WhatsApp or a phone call — we dispatch the order from our warehouse only after your confirmation is received. This helps us verify your address and contact details so your order reaches you smoothly.
  • Dispatch time: Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

We ship our products from our two warehouses:

How does the delivery process work?

  1. Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
  2. After they pass the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  3. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. If they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in sturdy boxes. Each individual product is wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile items such as bottles are secured with additional bubble wrap for extra protection. We take pride in the quality of our packaging.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation on both WhatsApp and email. For COD orders, please remember that your order will be dispatched only after you confirm it via WhatsApp or phone call.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with your tracking number and the name of the courier company handling your order. You can track the status of your package starting 24 hours after it is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Actual delivery time thereafter depends on your location and the courier partner.

Does Uma Ayurveda ship outside India?

At present, Uma Ayurveda ships only within India. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery wherever possible.
